How to Verify Respect in Sport (RiS) Numbers

There are two ways to verify Respect in Sport numbers, accessible from the toolbar in your web browser:

  1. Respect in Sport Look-Up:
    • Go to the website and click on “Need your certificate number? Click here to look it up.” https://sasksrc.respectgroupinc.com/start.jsp?u
    • Search using the email provided by the individual to locate their RiS number, or enter their certificate number to verify it.
    • If no number appears with the provided email, ask if they may have used a different email. If still not found, use the second tool below.
  2. Validation Tool:

If you still cannot locate the RiS number, inform the coach that it may be associated with a different email, alternate spelling, maiden name, or they may need to complete the program.

Troubleshooting RiS Numbers During Registration

If RAMP does not accept a coach’s Respect in Sport (RiS) number during registration, it’s often because they completed their certification through another organization. Standard RiS numbers typically begin with "SRC," but numbers from other pathways (e.g., "SHA" or "SCCA") may not be recognized by RAMP.

To resolve this:

  1. Instruct the coach to log into their Respect in Sport profile and add “Softball” to their profile. This adjustment typically allows RAMP to validate the number.
  2. If this solution does not work, please contact RAMP support for further assistance.
